Return Guidelines:

• Damaged Products: Check your products in front of the delivery person. If not possible, record an unboxing video

• Wrong/Defective Products: Report within 24 hours with photos, videos, and invoice.Free Returns:

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or invoice.

• Some items, such as opened consumables, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refund Process:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
